There are certain simple procedures that need to be followed in order for you to get paid promptly on your trips. Please be sure to read BOTH sides of this document and make sure you understand what you are supposed to do. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask your fleet manager.
Instant Pay program
Receive payment within 72 hours for paperwork sent into the Farmington, NY office by 12:00PM (noon) EST. Fee of 5% of the gross. Paperwork needs to be sent to fastcash@leonardsexpress.com.

QUICK PAY PROGRAM
If you qualify you can be a part of our QUICK PAY program to receive payment faster. Receive payments on Fridays for the paperwork sent into our Farmington, NY office by the previous Friday for only a 2% gross revenue fee. Receive payment even faster when you use EFT direct deposit.
